The Characters

Otis

Delusional and ambitious, Otis is an aspiring megalomaniac with a grand plan to take over the world. Unfortunately, he's held back by a plethora of obstacles both real, like his miniscule stature and his lack of thinking things through, and imagined, like the rogues' gallery of monsters that haunt every minute of his day, especially Harold, a vegetarian flesh-eating zombie with a penchant for getting Otis into trouble despite Harold's best intentions.

Iris

Friendly, smart, outgoing, down-to-earth, yet able to put people in their place when she has to, Iris' stubborn adherance to being good extends to her love of family, school, surroundings, and the dumb boy next door. Thanks to Otis' influence, she's not as sugar sweet as she would like to be, which bothers her strong sense of right and wrong, most of which she's picked up from her Gramma. Lately, she seems to have latched onto a teddy bear given to her by Gramma that Iris refers to simply as 'Bear.'

Xana (a.k.a. X)
and Eebo

The latest in a long line of inventors filled with good intentions gone awry, Xanathea Xavier (Xana is pronounced zannah - like hannah) is a loner and busy-body - she'd rather stay in her lab and work on her latest invention than interact with people. Picking up where her recently deceased grandfather left off, she recently completed her pet project of six years, an artificial intelligence experiment she dubbed Eebo (aka 1B-0), a robot dog her grandfather purchased for Xana as a Christmas gift. Eebo has turned out a bit more ornery than Xana had planned, something which Xana means to correct when she gets around to it, after the million other inventions lying around the lab she's working on.

Cassidy O'Dare
(a.k.a. SuperCaz)

A recent transplant to Strange Ways, Cassidy is here to save the world from ... well, she's not really sure what she's saving it from other than some generic evil she has yet to define but she knows exists. She's in search of her mortal enemy and has a knack for being constantly late.

Bruce Kerploznik
(a.k.a. Bruise)

Overbearing son of Coach Kerploznik and third-grade teacher Mrs. Kerploznik, Bruise is known to terrorize the school for lunch money in order to raise funds for his political aspirations, though he'd be the first to deny it. He has an honor code where he doesn't hit girls or bald people, but he does beat up kids who have lunch money, want to rule the world, or get in the way of his political ambitions. He loves headbutting, football, and stories about evil kings who get the girl.

Gramma

Known for her grand entrances, odd jokes and knack for collecting things, Iris' grandmother, Gramma, seems to have nothing better to do in her retirement than to pick on Otis, possibly because Iris spends too much time with him, though there could be another motive at work there. Gramma loves her long walks with her granddaughter through the neighborhood, the only time she gets out during her days of working at home sending out SPAM all day long trying to earn some extra spending cash. Rumor has it she's off in Europe somewhere doing solo base jumping off of various landmarks and buildings.

The Monsters

Otis keeps adding monsters all the time to his imagination, so it can be a bit difficult to keep track of them all and any list can be guaranteed to be out of date almost as soon as it's posted. From left to right:
Harold - a flesh-eating zombie with one distinctive trait: He's a vegetarian.
The bug aliens - Their main aim is to subvert Otis to their will that way they can take over the world through Otis.
Tarrrm - Otis' self-proclaimed conscience whose main goal is to convince Otis that world domination is the obvious career choice and anything less is, well, unsatisfactory.
Carl - a grim reaper-in-training from below who is perpetually mired in paperwork and bureaucracy while on the job, which seems to be to hand the world over to Otis - that is, if he fills out all the necessary paperwork.

Not Pictured: S.Lyme - Otis' lawyer.
